Support Engineer
For a global SaaS startup
We are a Prague-based digital adoption SaaS platform. We create tools our clients implement into their web applications. They use them to build product walkthroughs, place hints, widgets, and other pieces of content that will help their users learn their application as fast as possible. The Product Fruits platform is centralized around our clients needing minimal internal IT resources, as our tools are easy-to-use visual editors.
We are growing fast, have completed multiple rounds of investment, and are looking for team members who enjoy the fast-paced, multi-faceted start-up lifestyle and are as excited to see what the future holds.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for aiding our clients in accomplishing their onboarding goals by getting them started and consulting with them when they run into problems. Learning the product, its ideal use cases, and its strengths and weaknesses will be the key to helping create effective onboarding content.
Job description
You will communicate with our clients through our live chat, our support email, and over video calls as needed. You will be their first point of contact and work hand-in-hand with them, reaping the benefits of building relationships with the ones trying to make things happen. A technical mind or background is crucial, particularly the ability to experiment and try different methods until finding a solution.
Who are we looking for?
- You’re fluent in English.
- You enjoy communicating with people from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
- You have an interest in learning how things work and are excited by hidden solutions, hacks, and workarounds.
Requirements
- Eligible to work inside of the European Union. Please DO NOT apply otherwise.
- It is not about programming, but you need to know the basics of HTML and CSS.
- You should also know at least the basics of JavaScript and be aware that React, Angular, Vue.js, and other frameworks exist.
- You're familiar with the developer tool suite of web browsers and how to use it.
