Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Senior Account Executive located in Prague, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include conducting sales meetings, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to meet sales targets. Regular follow-ups with clients and providing post-sales support are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals.
  • Strong client management, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, business development, and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation abilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working in outbound-driven organizations and handling multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven sales techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in another European language is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing longer and more complex deals with multiple decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Marketing to identify, engage, and nurture prospects.
  • Understand customer challenges and deliver value-based selling experiences that align Product Fruits solutions with their goals.
  • Manage a robust and qualified sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly performance.
  • Partner with Customer Success to expand existing accounts and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Work with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth contracting and compliance processes.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute personalized outreach cadences and maintain KPIs for calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help shape our product roadmap and sales strategy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, data, and best practices across the team.
