Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• Lead the conceptualization and creation of end-to-end designs for the product and features
• Further operationalize the design process with an eye toward growth and scale
• Approach design challenges holistically, considering all parts of the experience, including UI/UX, business, and legal requirements
• Iterate on existing products and features to ensure that we are delivering a simple industry-leading user experience
• Work with Product and Engineering to build intuitive, elegant solutions
• Test the design hypothesis with our customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping products and features from inception to launch in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of best practices in UI / UX and information architecture
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and iterate quickly in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Ability to reduce complex problems down to flexible, intuitive patterns and solutions
• Ability to communicate design rationale and decisions with product, engineering, and marketing departments
• Experience working with data to inform design decisions
• Knowledge of common UI frameworks like React Native / Web

• On-site with Friday homeworking (nice offices Prague 5 - Andel Park)
