We're looking for a Performance Manager - Social Media to build and own our entire paid social strategy. This isn't a "keep-the-lights-on" role - it's a chance to put a breakthrough AI product in front of the world and make people talk.

Your primary KPI: Qualified leads
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable paid social strategy for lead generation
- Set up and structure advertising accounts, tracking, and performance dashboards from scratch
- Conduct experiments on ad platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit to identify high-performing channels
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative performance, messaging, and targeting
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and guide future investments
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new opportunities in paid social
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience in paid social marketing
- B2B experience is required; SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable results
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and buyer journeys
- Excellent written English
Soft Skills
- Analytical thinker with strong curiosity for experimentation and iteration
- Creative and resourceful—able to translate data insights into compelling campaigns
- Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- High confusion-tolerance and comfortable in an agile environment
