We're scaling fast and looking for a Partnership Manager to build and lead our partnership strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll define our approach to identifying, recruiting, and enabling referral partners and resellers, establish best practices, and create measurable revenue opportunities for a global SaaS product.

About the Role

As our Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the foundation of our partnership program. Instead of managing existing relationships, your focus will be on setting up the strategy, partner frameworks, and enablement processes that will fuel long-term growth through channel partnerships.

Your primary KPI: Partner-sourced revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable partnership strategy focused on referral partners and resellers
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential partners aligned with our target market and value proposition
  • Build partner onboarding, enablement, and training programs from scratch
  • Develop partnership agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs
  • Create co-marketing materials, sales collateral, and resources to empower partners to sell effectively
  • Set up partner tracking, pipeline management, and performance dashboards in HubSpot
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Analyze partnership performance to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful models
  • Establish internal processes for lead routing, deal registration, and sales-partner collaboration

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership management or business development
  • B2B experience is required; SaaS experience is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of building or managing partner programs that drive measurable revenue
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (partner tracking, deal management, and reporting)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win-win partnership agreements
  • Excellent written English with ability to create compelling partner-facing materials

  • Strategic thinker who can identify and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities
