About the role

We’re looking for a Sales executive to join our existing team. Your job will be to maximize the conversion of inbound leads to achieve acquisition targets.

You’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting demo presentations and POCs (proof of concept) with the view of delivering an engaging trial experience to prospects. You’ll effectively match our solution with their needs to maximize perceived value, paving the way for fast closure and seamless price negotiation.

Your KPIs will be lead conversion rate and MRR target delivery. This is a role for someone with 2-3 years of sales experience, strong sales acumen, knowledge of the SaaS industry and passion for our product. We don’t expect you to have any prior experience with the product, but you’ll need to learn it inside out by using it.

You’ll report to the head of inbound sales.

Main responsibilities

  • MRR growth - delivering and exceeding MRR targets
  • Lead qualification and follow-up throughout the trial period
  • Conducting sales demos (video call over Teams)
  • Running client POCs (helping the lead to setup their account and create flows)
  • Documenting and tracking progress (we use HubSpot CRM)

Who are we looking for?

  • You're a hunter by nature, but you understand that successful sales is a win-win scenario.
  • You enjoy proactively engaging prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • You have rudimentary sales copywriting skills and can craft a cold email that gets opened, a LinkedIn message that receives replies, as well as a deck that your contact can proudly present to their CEO.
  • You're organized. CRM is your best friend and managing the sales pipeline is second nature to you. You’ll be handling 100+ leads at any point in time so effective prioritization is essential.
  • You're solution-oriented and enjoy working in an agile environment where results matter more than processes.
  • You have high standards when it comes to execution. Good is not good enough; you always strive for greatness.

Requirements

  • Good English. It doesn’t have to be native-level but you need to be comfortable delivering a demo to a product VP of a global enterprise. Other languages are a big plus.
  • 2-3 years of inbound sales or retention experience is ideal. B2B SaaS is highly advantageous.
  • Global mindset with focus on Western Europe.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS ecosystem will give you a head start, especially the analytics, CRM, and UX tech stack (apps like Mixpanel, Segment, GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.). This is what our customers live and breathe.
  • Tech background is of a great advantage or, if not, the ability of grasping what CSS, an iframe, embedded element or JS snippet is.
