We're scaling fast and looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to build and lead our ABM strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll define our approach to targeting and engaging high-value accounts, establish best practices, and create measurable pipeline opportunities for a global SaaS product.

About the Role

As our Account Based Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the foundation of our ABM efforts. Instead of managing existing programs, your focus will be on setting up the strategy, account selection frameworks, and personalized campaigns that will fuel long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable ABM strategy focused on high-value target accounts
  • Build account selection and prioritization frameworks in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Create and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns tailored to target account needs and pain points
  • Set up account tracking, engagement scoring, and performance dashboards from scratch
  • Develop content and messaging strategies that resonate with key decision-makers and buying committees
  • Orchestrate touchpoints across channels including email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and paid advertising
  • Analyze campaign performance and account engagement to generate actionable insights

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in account based marketing or demand generation
  • B2B experience is required; SaaS experience is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot ideal) and enrichment tools (Clay preferred)
  • Proven ability to design and execute personalized campaigns that drive meetings and pipeline
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, buying committees, and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience with account research, intent data, and target account identification
  • Excellent written English with ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging
