We’re a SaaS product adoption platform. We have customers from all over the world, are invested, and growing fast. We create tools that our customers simply implement in their web applications and use them to create app guides, walkthroughs, hints, etc. All this without any need for their internal IT resource, because our tools are built around an easy-to-use visual editor.
You will be at the start of building our customer experience department and you will get a chance to become the department lead.
Who are we looking for?
You have excellent English. Most of our customers are outside of the Czech Republic, perfect English is a must. Other languages are a big plus, Czech is welcomed, but not necessary.
You don’t mind communicating with users of various backgrounds (from tech-savvy developers to customer-facing teams w/o any technical knowledge).
You are patient, emphatic and happy to provide advice - you will be in daily contact with our users and advise them on chat or video calls.
You are a curious person - interested in figuring out how things work, and always looking for a solution, hack or workaround.
It’s not about programming, but you need to know the basics of HTML and CSS. Just the basic level is fine, we are happy to teach you more.
You know that Chrome has its DevTools and you can use them. We will teach you the details, but it will not work without the basics.
